NOLAN OUTRAISES CRAVAACK, REPORTS OVER $484,000 RAISED IN Q3

DULUTH – Today the Nolan for Congress campaign announced they have outraised Congressman Chip Cravaack in the third quarter and will report $484,663 raised from July – September with $464,824 cash on hand.  This includes contributions from 2,604 new donors in the last six weeks since the general election began.  This marks the strongest ever fundraising quarter for the Nolan campaign.

This follows the release of two polls showing Rick Nolan leading in the Eighth District congressional race.

“The momentum continues to build for Rick Nolan,” said Nolan campaign manager Michael Misterek. “Rick Nolan is leading in the polls and receiving record contributions because voters know the only way we can get the country back on track is to grow the economy from the middle out, not the top down. As we enter the final weeks of the campaign, it’s clear that voters are rejecting Chip Cravaack’s Tea Party agenda and his unwavering support of the Ryan plan to privatize Medicare and give more tax breaks to millionaires and billionaires.”
